Stimpy absolutely loves living in Hollywood (how he got there can be explained by the episode Stimpy’s Big Day). He also loves being an extremely famous person cat. But soon he starts to miss Ren (as much as Ren misses him) and ends up giving up all of his fame and his boat loads of cash to go back and once again see Ren.
To avoid starvation, Ren and Stimpy hatch a scam to gain some money.
Powdered Toast Man is a superhero seen in “Powdered Toast Man”. He is an extremely dramatic and oblivious vigilante and spokesperson for Powdered Toast, the breakfast treat that “tastes just like sawdust”. He was based on a Frank Zappa inspired character. Powdered Toast Man appeared in various Powdered Toast commercials within The Ren & Stimpy Show, and starred in two episodes of the show, “Powdered Toast Man vs. Waffle Woman” and “Powdered Toast Man” (which had a guest appearance by Frank Zappa as the Pope).

“Nurse Stimpy” is the fourth episode of The Ren & Stimpy Show. It originally aired as the second part of Episode 2 of Season 1 on August 25, 1991.
Stimpson “Stimpy” J. Cat is a 3-year old (28 in cat years) fat, dim-witted, and rotund red and white Manx cat with a brain that’s literally the size of a peanut.
Wilbur Cobb is a demented, decaying, senile old man who is usually shown telling Ren and Stimpy wild stories.
Stimpy wins a competition that takes him to the big time in Hollywood. Ren, left at home, begins to miss Stimpy more than he ever would have thought. Will Stimpy, rich and successful, remember Ren and return home?
